Also, fall is my favorite season – it’s a perfect duo. In this case, I’ll share all the fun ideas if you are on the search for 10 fall adventures in your city.

From indoor and outdoor activities to mind-and-body activities and food, you should bookmark this for your next adventure trip. I plan to add this adventure to my bucket list because I’m excited about spending time surrounded by colourful trees and making hot chocolate by the lake.

Canada has some of the most beautiful parks, so I love exploring and doing fun activities like hiking and biking.

  • Harvest a herb garden

I know summer is over, but you can bring your garden indoors. So make a day to harvest an herb garden and enjoy a delicious homegrown meal. 

  • Make homemade fall recipes. 

Fall is the season for colorful ingredients. So, save a few dollars and create all your favorite recipes. Probably, pumpkin pie, gingerbread, roast pumpkin seeds and the list goes on, but share your fall recipes in the comments – I’m curious.

MIND 

  • Learn a new craft/hobby.

The weather is cooling down, and the days are getting shorter, which can shift our focus. Therefore, it is important to use our indoor time to engage the mind. For example, learn a new craft or hobby: knitting, sewing, cooking/baking, painting, or drawing—don’t let your imagination be limited.

  • Join a book club 

Reading is a way to keep your brain sharp and nourished. So, I plan on joining a book club to keep me active and sociable this fall. I highly recommend finding a group of friends, reading fun books, and creating a book club to remember this fall.

Hot yoga is an excellent mind-to-body adventure, especially in the cooler weather, which calls for a hot studio and a sweaty workout. So, maybe you thought about it but never did; I highly suggest you try this unique adventure. MY

  • Apple picking and Local food tour/tasting

Canada is home to apple picking, so look for one and check it out. Look for a local food tour if you don’t have apple picking. It’s a perfect time to experience unusual dishes, and it’s also sometimes free.
