I opened my journal and started writing about how I became the best version of myself. I also love this type of content. It’s my psychology background. As I penned this content, my vision widened, and I remember the story in Genesis chapter one. Using the same principle, I learned that I could become the best version of myself in 7 days.
You see, we are all on a journey to become the best you. So it would be best if you asked, ” Am I the best version of myself?” How can you find knowledge and become the best version of yourself if you don’t check-in? All the articles and stories you find are good, but nothing is astounding to take instruction out of someone’s real life and learn from their successes.
I’ve worked out the details and the formula that created a pillar for you to stop living basic and be the highest version of yourself.

Day One – Examine yourself
First of all, you need to look at yourself, the internal and external, and ask:
- what experience do you want for yourself?
- What are the things separating you from becoming the best version?
- Are you ready to commit to putting in the work at all?
The key reason for this is that no matter what problem or circumstances, the goal is to become the best self. And after you supersede the darkness, the light source will allow you to change.
Day Two – The Awakening
After creating an atmosphere, you just have to start speaking the right energy into being. Recognizing what your spiritual eyes see is all that’s there for you to go into the next day feeling awakened.
Day Three – Plant your seed
This is when you recognize the option at hand and invest in yourself to work out the details about moving forward. For instance, if being healthy will help make a better version of yourself, plant the seed and get a nutritionist or push yourself to stock your pantry with healthier options. Similarly, if you want to magnet a good mindset, get a coach/mentor.

Day Four – Separate your circle of influence
Don’t let people or things stop your flow to be a better version. Most time, to maintain your understanding of yourself, you need to stay focused and have accountability. If you want my opinion, keep your circle small but strong. That way, you can grow strong.

Day Five – Making Big Decisions

- A side project you dream of but are too amateur to start it. My advice is to get an expert to support your plan.
- Write your book
- Start a business
Day Six – Celebrate Your transformation
Because you have done the above things, I’ll put placid and celebrate yourself. And the most demure way is to enjoy the new identity you’ve created over the last few days. It’s perfect for you to do this and attracts more good things into the version you are becoming.
Day Seven – Reflection and rest
Stop for a moment and reflect on your emotions. How do you feel about this desire to become the best version of yourself? While doing that, notice how you are feeling and question the feelings.
Yes, this will help you to create a habit beyond the 7 days and trap into making it a lifestyle.
Now you have committed six days of your time. I’ll consider the day of reflection and rest to be an unequivocal success.
