Every morning before I get out of bed, I get my journal and bible and write down the things that make me happy and why. Then, I would declare good things through spoken words because words can shape our destiny.

One of my favorite declarations is “whatever I ask for, once I believe, I shall receive.” You can also create an affirmation list and practice it first thing in the morning. This tip will help you keep the right mindset. So try it!

2. Make alone time
