1) You are your own boss.

To start, having your own business means you are your own boss. You don’t have to report to a manager, follow your superiors’ orders, and stay at the office until your employer tells you to go home. No one will shout at you in case you did something wrong. No one will fire you. Like driving a car, you are the driver. You are responsible for bringing your business in your desired direction.

The decisions are all up to you. And that is POWER!

2) Your time is flexible.

Another benefit of having your business is that you own your time. You don’t have to adhere to the usual 9–5 pm schedule every Monday to Friday. Your weekend or holidays won’t be interrupted by someone calling you to work. You get to dictate your schedule.

Whether you work overtime or undertime, it’s your call!

3) All your income is yours.

Of course, you reap what you sow. The income of your business will go straight into your pocket. What you put into your business will reflect in your income account.

But unlike being a corporate worker where you stay despite your hard work, and in some cases, the low income. With your business, the opportunity to work hard and see it reflect in your income is much respected.
