A few months ago, my mind and life were astounded by painful issues and tightrope. I stopped and took a moment to catch up with it and revive it. I had to understand that mindset is everything. I release the vital issues and aspire to be better.
In this post, I will explore actionable strategies to help me and help you invest in yourself and pave the way to change your life. But you might need to make specific demands, although you will have obstacles. The best practice is to create a foundation with valuable steps. Here is the tool kit on investing in yourself and the deep questions you must ask yourself.
3 QUESTIONS I ASKED THAT CHANGED MY LIFE
These questions are meant to guide your inner self and propel self-empowering.

1. What ways to invest in yourself?
I don’t have the magic answer for this one. Instead, I think a better life requires a good investment and perspective. So ask yourself.
- What phase of your life needs the most investment?
- What are the things that will bring you the most joy and centre you?
- What are you holding on to that is stopping you?
- What value do you want to add?
- What are you afraid of losing?
It’s that simple, but not easy. Hence, I’ve found asking myself these questions during a transition or a shift significant. This book will help you rise from that poverty mindset to riches, personally and financially. It will change the way you think about the world and yourself.
Also, to be more technical, cognitive psychologists prove that asking for positive thoughts solves internal processes. That’s why investing in yourself is a powerful gift to your mind.
I’ve written a post about the Five Invaluable Goals List To Plan if you want to set your goals. But let us get to the second question.
2. Why Is Change Important In My Life?
I’ve asked myself this question often because change must be meaningful. It may look different for others, but you must understand how it impacts your life. For instance, a positive or negative change teaches me life lessons, which boosts my confidence and propels my energy in the right direction.
“You have to know who you are and the force required to get the outcome”
Therefore, set these points in motion.
- Have a precise picture of what you want.
- Then decide where you want to see yourself.
- Create a set timeline and know it’s a process – be patient!
- Be aware and keep in the know about your set season change.
Now write down your intentions because, as you put them onto paper, it becomes tangible ideas. And you gain clarity.
- What are the areas you want to change?
- What action is necessary for the next best step?
- What is holding you back from achieving that?
Start phrasing the following with the decision that you want to improve your circumstances, so don’t hold on – letting go probably is the happiest thing for your self-development. And one tool to invest in is reading. If you read people’s journeys and experiences, I find this helps me find the courage to accept change. So, maybe you will enjoy this book.
3. What mindset should motivate me?
“Action Is Essential If You Desire Change”
Joanna Garzilli
This is my road map to get me from one location to another. Our mind is a powerful tool, and it can attract our success. Our thoughts can harm us or do us good. Hence, developing a positive mindset is essential. I have a checklist that works for me, so let me give you a glimpse.
- Where are my positive thoughts coming from?
- What good should I focus on?
- What is this thought about teaching me?
- Where does this thought come from, and does it serve a purpose?
- What started this thought?
- Is this thought belittling my growth?
- Does this thought make me the most in life?
My mind is the best investment for a successful journey. Instead of battling with the mind, let go of the negative thoughts and prioritize your ideas.
