As a result, I sometimes get caught in the daily activities that I forget to check on my wellness. Of course, much like me, it can happen to you. But, when I need to revamp and recharge the quality of my life, wellness and health keep me motivated to achieve my destiny. 

I often fall for nature, self-love like bath, acupuncture, massage, alone time, and nourishing my body with clean eating. To do that, I keep the best practice by a weekly checklist.

When I consider wellness, it’s the state of being in excellent condition of health and mind. In fact, wellness is an active process in which individuals are aware of the importance of good health. For which you choose to pursue it to live a more fulfilling life. 

It, however, has many dimensions, and different people define wellness uniquely. It can be emotional, physical, social, intellectual, or intellectual. 

But if you what to know why it’s evident wellness helps us achieve good health, guide us to find a balance in our daily activities and strength to continue living a better quality of lives.

The best factor that lights me up is outdoor activities. It includes the actions taken towards maintaining physical fitness and being more conscious about what makes my body feel good. 

Suppose you want your physical wellness to mean engaging in activities that reduce fatigue or physical stress. The best practices that can facilitate physical health include movement, biking, sporting activities, eating a balanced diet, having adequate sleep, and maintaining low-stress levels.

For example, my go-to physical wellness can start your daily routine with morning biking (my favorite), outdoor yoga, or jogging. But, no matter how you chose to begin, get moving and finish feeling good.

Environmental wellness is achieving good health by surrounding oneself in a pleasant and positive environment. It means finding a setting out of home or workplaces that enable you to experience and appreciate nature to boost your well-being. An expert showed that it could accelerate your well-being and improve your risk of becoming ill or unmotivated if you change your environment.

You can achieve environmental wellness by maintaining a better relationship with nature, focusing on good energy and other resources. I started achieving environmental wellness by spending more time in nature, and since my home is also my keeping it clean and tidy boost my creativity and productivity.

Intellectual wellness means being aware of one’s creativity, mental abilities, learning to stimulate and finding ways to encourage, expand, and apply them. It involves engaging in activities that promote mental activity and boost personal growth by gaining new skills.

I believe in achieving it by reading books, studying to gain new skills, playing games, board and card games, learning a new language, and playing musical instruments. I’ve prioritized social beings with others who are excited to build relationships and crave interactions. Social wellness is finding perfect health by engaging in positive interactions with other people and maintaining a sound support system. 

To achieve social wellness, start building healthy relationships with family, friends, and loved ones’, connections through meeting and finding time to spend with friends or colleagues, bonding with your siblings or kids, caring for others who need your help, and participating in fun activities. 

My goal for social wellness is finding purpose in interacting and adding value to others.

I would say that emotional wellness means taking care of your emotions. I’ve learned to control emotion when it involves dealing with challenging situations in life. 

Yes, I know it can be easy said than done, but we have to stop saying, “that’s just how I feel right now!” It means you have to be aware of your situation and dealing with your feelings and thoughts with total acceptance. 

We can achieve this by governing our actions and finding the correct principles to feel content with ourselves, feeling free to talk with people we trust about our feelings, finding time to relax, staying calm, feeling good about ourselves, and managing stress. 

But the path of emotional wellness generally stems from our attitudes and how we choose to handle situations in our daily life
