With the right healthy habits, our bodies will be more robust. But the problem is curating the habits. After all, healthy lifestyle habits are associated with good outcomes. Sometimes it is the only way to get life back. So, we have to face it and make the changes that are integral to our wellness.
Over time, I have dedicated myself to investing every month in my welfare. And honestly, it was one of my best investments, too. Even now, more than two years later, I wonder why I did not do it sooner.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. I grew up hearing this statement, but never really understood if the cliche worked. But let’s stay on topic, because this post isn’t meant to reiterate the time-worn cliché. In fact, this post is meant to help you identify the healthy habits that most impact your health.
Before I expand on the practices, let me highlight that I started these healthy habits two years ago, and it has improved my PCOS, hormonal headache, bloatedness, weight management and sleep. And the list goes on.

3 HEALTHY LIFESTYLE HABITS TO PRACTICE
The practice of healthy lifestyle habits is so personal. I know people treat healthy habits as a reward, but I see them as a treat to myself. Because gifts to myself heighten my self-control and encourage me to maintain my healthy habits.

1. HEALTHY lifestyle HABIT – ACUPUNCTURE
Acupuncture is a regular healthy habit I practice. At one point, it was my second home – that’s how much I was at the wellness centre. For clarity, acupuncture is a traditional Chinese Medicine therapy. In other words, it involves the insertion of very slender needles at precise points on the body.
Basically, I get acupuncture for many different conditions related to my health, from headaches, joint pain, sinus problems, hormonal issues, my period, skin issues and any conditions my body is experiencing, which can be treated by acupuncture.
For more information, click here and do your research to find a centre that has a registered therapist. This method of healthy habits has helped me deal with conditions that are out of whack. I also love holistic treatment, so it is always my first choice in treating my condition
2. MASSAGE – Health habits
Massage is one of the most popular and helpful treatments for the body. That’s why I get a massage regularly. But, I usually have different massage bases on my body.
One particular massage that has helped me recently is a lymphatic drainage massage. I know this massage is popular on social media, but trust me, it’s worth having the procedure done. Lymphatic drainage is not just about water weight retention.
So, what are the benefits? It removes toxins from the body, reduces swelling, relieves digestive problems, and more. To learn more about the lymphatic system, you can search the internet. A fun fact: you can also do dry brushing at home.
3. HEALTHY HABIT – HOT YOGA
Hot yoga has tons of benefits. It’s a healthy fitness habit I love. It has improved my flexibility and lower-body strength. I particularly love hot yoga because I get two workouts in one: burning calories and improving my range of motion. While yoga might be pricey, I have to say that you can do it at home.
There are tons of videos on YouTube, so purchase a yoga mat and practice it at home.
