The Unique Spott is a lifestyle blog and business for me. The journey and thoughts of this website were born after I underwent an adverse medical procedure that saved my life.
Yes, I’m back, impacting others with my stories.
After 12 years of this suffering in shame, pain, and silence, with a hormonal imbalance condition that became life-threatening, I was left with two options – have surgery, which I did, but my faith and trusting God for a miracle was what I got!
Despite everything, I am here to share with a profound appreciation for life.
Now, I’ve been handed this amazing new opportunity to impact others who want more from life. I hope you will use this blog to try new things, experience your passion, and express it in your life and business.
One of my greatest privileges of The Unique Spott is being able to let you in my thoughts, life, opinions, and love for beauty with passion and intention.
So, what I really want is to inspire thoughtful and kind actions, build human connections, and renew vitality with what resonates deep in your heart. I aim to do this through words, pictures, and video conversations.

I’m from Trinidad and Tobago but currently live in Ottawa, Canada’s national capital. I’m a public servant with a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Psychology.
After evaluating my experience in my corporate career, I decided to express my creative skills. I discovered that blogging was a new way to share my passion and inspire others to live boldly and make an impact.
After discovering blogging, I pursued my psychology degree in blogging to articulate my traits (beautiful, colorful, inspiring, easy-going, and adventurous) to help others live their purpose.
Life is meant to be lived passionately by striking deep into our souls from a place of abundance and creation. We are all unique in God’s eyes, waiting to become one with the Spirit. It’s, however, influenced by these two quotes that set us to be unique.
