1- HAVE A GOOD CLEANSING ROUTINE
I searched for a new cleanser and found an article with the essential technique for cleansing your face. If you ask me, we don’t realize how important it is to start the day with a fresh face. Ending the day this way is also important. The application of cleanser is crucial.
These findings made me more conscious of my cleansing regimen. I now wash off the dead skin from the night and the day’s makeup.
First, wet your face with lukewarm water, then add enough cleanser to your fingertips. Then apply your face cleanser gently, as irritation can cause acne. 3- PROTECT YOUR SKIN
If I don’t stress about this beauty habit, I will not feel right. Are you going outside without sunscreen? Even if it’s for a short time. And oh, I don’t need to tell you to wear it inside for summer, fall, winter and spring.
Basically, you want to prevent skin cancer, aging and dark spots. UVA rays can clearly contribute to the development of skin cancer. If your home has many windows, UVA penetrate through the glass. This theory is often debated, but I’ll be wise and protect your skin.
So as you can see, sunscreen is essential. But I find sunscreen is difficult to choose. So, I researched it for you. The best sunscreen to add to your skin routine should be broad-spectrum and water-resistant. It also has at least SPF 30.
Pro Tip: Reapply every 2 hours. Sunscreens below SPF 30 will only protect the skin from sunburn. They do not protect against cancer or aging.

4 – SLEEP

There is absolutely nothing better than sleep. It’s the best gift to humankind. But I feel you already know it’s essential. So let’s introduce a new beauty habit. I’ve discovered that we spend 5-6 hours with our faces in our pillows on average. It’s important to protect your skin.
At the very least, acquire a good pillow and pillowcase for your skin, and do not forget your hair. Ever since I studied health and wellness, I’ve had a better appreciation for my bedroom.
That said, invest in bed linens, pillows, and pillowcases that are good for your skin. And lose yourself to a good night’s rest.
Okay, clearly I love my bedroom, but let’s move on to the next healthy beauty habit.
5- EAT CLEAN
This is my best beauty habit! Most of the time, people sell products, but NOT the actual advantage of eating healthy to get flawless skin. My skin is at its best because of my plant-based diet. When I clean out my pantry and avoid dairy, meat, sugar, and processed foods, my skin flourishes.
