So, are you searching for some tips and tricks? Here are five beauty habits I’ve learned and love to do for my skin to feel smooth, glowing and healthy. 

1- HAVE A GOOD CLEANSING ROUTINE 

I searched for a new cleanser and found an article with the essentials technique to cleanse your face. If you ask me, we don’t realize the importance of starting and ending the day with a fresh face and the way to apply cleanser.

In fact, these findings alluded me to be more conscious of my cleansing regime: washing off the dead skin from the night and the day’s makeup.

Firstly, wet your face with lukewarm water and add enough cleanser on your fingertips. Then apply your face cleanser gently because irritation causes acne. After wash and pat dry with a disposal washcloths. You want to avoid rubbing or prolonged contact with your face to prevent acne and wriggles. I have followed this regime and have great results. If I don’t stress on this beauty habit, I will not feel right. Are you going outside without sunscreen? Even if it’s for a short time. And oh, I don’t need to tell you to wear it inside for summer, fall, winter and spring.

Basically, you want to prevent skin cancer, aging and dark spot. Clearly, UVA rays can contribute to skin cancer, and if your home has lots of windows, UVA may penetrate through your window glass. This theory often debates, but I’ll be wise and protect your skin.

So as you can see, sunscreen is essential. But I find sunscreen is difficult to choose. So, I researched it for you, and the best sunscreen to add to your skin routine has broad-spectrum, water-resistance, and at least SPF 30.

Pro Tip – Reapply every two hours, and sunscreen below SPF 30 will only protect the skin from sunburn and not cancer or aging.

4 – SLEEP

There is absolutely nothing better than sleep. It’s the best gift to humankind. But I feel you already know it’s essential. So let’s introduce a new beauty habit. I’ve discovered that we spend 5-6 hours with our faces in our pillows on average, and you have to protect your skin.

At the very least, acquire a good pillow and pillowcase for your skin and not forgetting hair. Even since I studied health and wellness, I’ve had a better appreciation for my bedroom.

That said, invest in bed linens, pillows and pillowcases for your skin. And lose yourself to a goodnight rest.

Okay, clearly, I love my bedroom, but let’s get to the next healthy beauty habits.

5- EAT CLEAN 

Perhaps this is my best beauty habit! Most time, people sell the products, but NOT the actual benefit of eating healthy to get flawless skin. My skin is at it’s best because of my plant-based diet. When I clean up my pantry and avoid dairy, meat, sugar and processed food my skin flouish.

The choice of food you eat will affect your overall skin and health.
