But, if you have a plan, you will shop right and use the essential ingredients in more than one recipe. After all, the first step is prioritizing the grocery list, so you spend less and invest in the items with longer shelf life. With that, here is my grocery list of healthy food.

I’m going to state that healthy food is not boring. It requires a good grocery list and meal planner. My idea is to be adventures and enjoy fresh vegetables, herbs, gluten-free and plant-based food. Let’s begin!
